Day 2

On the second day, after breakfast, you’ll set out on a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park, located near the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. After checking into your lodge or tented camp and enjoying lunch, you’ll embark on your first game drive. Amboseli is renowned for its large herds of elephants and breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Day 3

Amboseli – Cross Border to Tarangire

Amboseli – Cross Border to Tarangire

After an early breakfast, you will depart Amboseli and drive towards the Namanga border, where you will complete immigration formalities and meet your Tanzanian guide. Once the border procedures are done, you’ll continue the journey into Tanzania with a scenic drive to Arusha, which takes approximately 3 to 4 hours including border crossing time. Upon arrival in Arusha, you’ll enjoy lunch before proceeding to Tarangire National Park, known for its ancient baobab trees and large elephant herds. If time permits, you may enjoy a short introductory game drive within the park before checking in at your lodge. You will spend the night at Ang'ata Tarangire Camp, with all meals included.

In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Arusha—a journey of approximately three hours. Depending on your schedule, you may choose to enjoy a day room or dinner before your final transfer to either Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK) for departure. This departure day includes breakfast and lunch as part of the meal plan.
