Arrival at Entebbe International Airport where your guide for the trip will waiting to welcome you. He will then transfer you to Kibale National Park, the Primate capital of the world. This journey normally takes around 7 hours. You are advised to carry some snacks because Uganda is a very humid country, packed lunch is not advised. You will have a stopover in Fort Portal town for a hot lunch and later head toward the park to your accommodation for the night.
You will check-in and have some rest. Your guide will later pick you up and transfer you to Bigodi wetland for the nature walk which will allow see a wide range of primates and birds that include the most sought after, ''The Great Blue Turaco''.
Later return to the lodge for dinner and a well deserved rest.

Chimpanzee Trekking | Transition to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Wake up in the morning, get ready and head out for a quick breakfast. After that, head to Kanyanchu Visitors' Centre for the pre-trek briefing. Rangers from the Uganda Wildlife Authority will give you all the expectations, guidelines, as well as the dos and don'ts associated with the chimp trekking activity. You will then get back to the car and drive to the forest from which the trek will commence. You will get to enjoy nature during this walk, siting a huge number of animals as well as the flora.
Once you find the chimps, you will spend an hour with them, taking pictures, learning their behavior, getting immersed in their habitat and making lifelong memories.
After the trek, you will drive 2 hours to Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoying the scenery and seeing the exploration crater lakes on the way. Arrival at the lodge, hot lunch and check-in right after.

Game Drive and Boat cruise | Queen Elizabeth National Park
Breakfast in the morning and head into the park for a game drive. Close to 100 species of mammals and about 606 types of birds dwell within this park and among them are the large schools of hippos, large forest hogs and the good-look Uganda kobs which are all commonly seen in the tourist villages on the magnificent Mweya Peninsula which prides in a beautiful waterfront locale within the shadows of Mountain Rwenzori. Other animals you will see are the lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos, among others. Since these are wild animals, viewing majority of them especially the cats is very much dependent on pure luck, but it is very unlikely that you don't see the ones listed here.
Return to the lodge for a hot lunch and head out again after for the afternoon boat cruise. This will be a very beautiful experience as it will also come with it's own animal viewing. Most of the animals come to the channel for some water and rest in the afternoon, especially the elephants and crocodiles.

Tree Climbing Lions | Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Breakfast and head south to Impenetrable National Park, with stopover in the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park for the tree climbing lions. This will be mostly be adventurous if you didn't have a lion siting in the game drive the day before.
You will after that continue on your journey to Bwindi, with a stopover in Kabale for a hot meal.
Transfer to the lodge, check-in and rest. Dinner later and an overnight stay.

Gorilla Trek | Batwa Experience | Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After you have had an early breakfast, you will then head to the park Headquarters for a briefing on gorillas trekking, meet with your guides. After which you are to head into the Impenetrable forest and there you will come across different primates, birds and colored butterflies adding to a range of plant species.
Gorilla trekking needs one to be physically fit because of the hiking and prolonged walks. However, it is all the more memorable especially when you finally come into contact with these incredibly calm and gigantic Mountain Gorillas. The trek may possibly take something like 2 to 8 hours depending on how far the gorillas have moved.
After the trek, you will meet the Batwa people and see how after a long time, they've been able to depend and continue to exist entirely on the forest. You will be captivated by their exceptional way of living and the way they locally make their beer.
Return to the lodge later and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will head back to Kampala, with a stopover at the equator for a hot lunch, and pictures. You can also buy some souvenirs at the Equator. Later continue to Kampala- Entebbe International Airport for your outbound flight back home.
