This day is always regarded as the biggest of all the safari days. After breakfast, you will head out to the park headquarters to arrive no later than 7:30 am. Here, you will join other visitors for a briefing by the park staff. You will then meet with the lead guide who will take you into the forest to find the gorilla family that you will be allocated to. This may take between 2 to 7 hours round-trip, depending on how long the gorilla family you are trekking will have moved from where it was last seen yesterday.
