A professional guide from the lodge will welcome you at the airstrip in Kwai as we begin our safari. This area boasts a striking number of wildlife species, birdlife and a diverse landscape. It includes mopane woodlands, floodplains, lagoons, papyrus-lined rivers and acacia forests. No other place in Botswana has so many ecosystems seamlessly converge. Our evening game drive will be the highlight of the day.

Today, we will wake up early for a day filled with activities, including game drives and a mokoro excursion in the Kwai area. This will give you the opportunity to see elephants drinking at the Mbudi River up close, as well as many other aquatic mammals and birds.
