This morning, you will be picked up from your hotel and driven to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. As one of Tanzania’s largest national parks, Tarangire is a sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are also an interesting feature here. Animals congregate along the Tarangire River—the area's only permanent water source, and you can expect to see a variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and up to six thousand elephants. Enjoy your afternoon game drive!

After breakfast, you will drive to one of Africa’s most famous game parks, the Serengeti. This park is home to millions of wildebeest during the Great Migration, and across its vast, open plains, you are likely to find, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and many other small predators. You’ll spend the afternoon on a game drive before enjoying dinner and the experience of sleeping in the heart of the Serengeti.

After a few hours of exploring the park, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Highlands for a short game drive. Rhinos are frequently seen here, along with lion prides and other predators like cheetahs. Enjoy lunch by the hippo pond before driving back to Arusha, where you’ll be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport in time for your departure flight home.
