Entebbe pick up and onto Lake Mburo

Pick up early in Entebbe or Kampala depending on your preference and have breakfast on the way to Lake Mburo National Park. This is an action packed few days which will show you all the highlights of this National Park. After arriving at your accommodation have lunch then out for your first evening safari. You may see different species in the evening than you see during the day due to the different times that the animals hunt. Return to camp in the evening for a wonderful meal and evening relaxing.

Boat trip for game viewing

On arising and having breakfast you will embark on a short drive into the National Park and go on a guided boat trip on Lake Mburo. This is the place to see hippopotamus, and an extravaganza of birds, amongst a range of other reptiles and mammals. Your experienced tour guide will point out and name many birds, reptiles and mammals that you may not have even spotted yourself. Ask questions and learn about the beautiful African wildlife. Return to shore and have lunch before embarking on an afternoon safari. Then return to camp where you can sit around a fire pit, drink and chat whilst listening to the noise of the African bush after dark, then have dinner before retiring for the night.

Early morning safari

Arise early and embark on a wonderful early morning safari and maybe if you are lucky see the elusive Leopard whilst the sun rises! Maybe have a packed breakfast on the go, then after your final safari set off back to Entebbe or Kampala where your trip finishes, going via the Equator point for a photo oppurtunity. A lot packed into your budget 3 day tour.
