You will pass through the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park on your journey to Bwindi, a region renowned for its tree-climbing lions. In Ishasha, you will embark on an exciting drive through the expansive savannah, where you may encounter topis, African elephants, and with any luck, spot lions perched high in the branches of fig trees. After enjoying lunch in Ishasha, you will proceed with your transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Start your day with an early morning breakfast before heading to the briefing point. The highlight of your trip awaits - gorilla trekking, an unforgettable experience that can last anywhere from 2 to 6 hours depending on the group you are visiting.

Trek through the lush rainforest and bamboo-covered slopes, guided by a Uganda Wildlife Authority expert and skilled trackers, as you search for a mountain gorilla family. The journey may be challenging at times, but the moment you catch sight of the majestic silverback, any discomfort will fade away.
