Experience a morning game drive in search of the park's Lions, leopards, Kobs, Defassa waterbuck, bushbuck, elephants and other wildlife. The varied landscapes provide fantastic views and photography opportunities.
In the afternoon, enjoy a soothing Boat Cruise along the famous Kazinga Channel where dozens of hippos and crocodiles can be seen basking in the sun along with elephants and other animals drinking at the water's edge.

Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is a UNESCO World Heritage site that is home to nearly half of the remaining Mountain Gorilla population. Settle into your lodge and prepare for an exciting adventure ahead.

Day 8

Gorilla Trekking

Gorilla Trekking

Have an early breakfast, transfer to the park Headquarters for a morning briefing and explanations about the gentle giants. Set out with an experienced ranger guide for the gorilla trekking adventure. The trek can last anywhere from 2-6 hours, depending n the location of the gorilla family you are visiting.

Finally, encounter the gorillas, you'll have an hour to observe with the family of mountain gorillas, their behaviours and social interactions. Enjoy the beauty of the dense rainforest, and look out for other wildlife and unique flora along the way.
Trek back to the starting point and return to your lodge.

Evening: Cultural Experience
Engage in a cultural experience with the local Batwa community. Learn about their culture, traditions and how they eco-exist with the forest. Participate in traditional dance, crafts or village tours.
