Situated in Central Namibia, the cosmopolitan city of Windhoek serves as the capital of the country. It is home to an
international airport and a plethora of restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and accommodation options. The
city is clean, safe and well-organised, with a colonial legacy that is reflected in its many German eateries and shops,
and the widespread use of the German language. Windhoek has an interesting mix of historical architecture and
modern buildings, many of which are worth a look, including the AlteFeste an old fort, the 1896 Christuskirche Christ
Church, and the more contemporary Supreme Court.

Etosha national park adventure

Located just south of the boundary of Etosha National Park in north-western Namibia, Etosha South makes up the
southern region of this wild paradise. Ongava Private Game Reserve shares the southern boundary with Etosha
National Park and offers an array of luxury lodges overlooking picturesque landscapes dotted with abundant wildlife.
The national park can be accessed via the southern entrance at Andersson’s Gate. Visitors can catch a glimpse of a
variety of wildlife including lion, giraffe, elephant, white and black rhino, and a multitude of plains game. Popular
activities include game drives, or watch the sunset over this magnificent landscape.

Embark on a drive through Etosha National in of predators, plains game, reptiles, and birds. Depending the season, game drives follow various routes but most often around the waterholes one is most likely to observe a diverse array of wildlife taking the opportunity to drink and swim.

Day 4

Twyfelfontein adventure

Twyfelfontein adventure

After breakfast, we will drive to a place of historical and cultural significance to the first inhabitants of Namibia. Twyfelfontein, also known as ǀUi-ǁAis, is a site of ancient rock engravings in the Kunene Region of north-west Namibia. It consists of a spring in a valley flanked by the slopes of a sandstone table mountain. Twelfin is Namibia first World Heritage Site one of the largest concentrations of rockroglyphs in Africa. We will drive to Outjo and Khorixas, and visit an open Himba Village continuing to Twyfontein.

Day 5

Swakopmund

Breakfast and we continue west of the Damaraland making our way to the coastal town of Swakopmund, where
adventure and a dose of civilization await. We leave the Damaraland for the coast via a small village of Uis and then
Henties Bay before we continue to Swakopmund
Swakopmund, with its quaint Bavarian style architecture, is the principal coastal resort of Namibia. Time spent here
will be at leisure, enjoying the charm of the old town or undertaking one of the many optional activities on offer (scenic
flights, quad biking, etc. at your own expense).
Dinner at a seaside restaurant.

Day 6

Swakopmund – Walvis Bay

Swakopmund – Walvis Bay

After breakfast, we will to Walvis Bay for our Marine Day Walvis Bay Tours Guide. The Marine Boat Cruise will offer opportunity to observe a variety of bird species and a seal colony. There is also a chance, if we are fortunate, to two dolphin species and leatherback that inhabit this area of the Namibian coast (visibility not guaranteed). A brunch on board is included, featuring oysters, finger food, and. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Swakopmund, where we will free time to spend at leisure or participate in additional activities such as a Scenic Flight, Quad Biking Camel Riding, or visiting Sandwich Harbour witness the unique meeting of the ocean dunes. This afternoon activity is highly recommended and exploring and experiencing.

Sossusvlei adventure

The Namib Desert is the world’s oldest desert, and although it stretches along the entire length of Namibia’s coastline
into southern Angola and even the Northern Cape Province of South Africa, the Namib commonly refers to the vast
sea of sand extending from Lüderitz to Swakopmund. This vast expanse of breathtakingly beautiful sandy desert
features remarkably varied scenery including, the massive red dunes of the world-renowned Sossusvlei, the
moonscapes of the Namib-Naukluft Park, the stark beauty of the Atlantic Coast and a diversity of fauna and flora. This
windswept, arid, ancient landscape is teeming with desert-adapted wildlife such as endemic chameleons, brown
hyenas, gemsbok, jackals and seals along the coastline and a variety ofplantlife including the famous welwitschia plant,
a unique living fossil. Other highlights of the Namib include: Fish River Canyon, Kolmanskop ghost town, Lüderitz, Cape
Cross seal colony and the Skeleton Coast.

Day 8

Sossusvlei

Sossusvlei

Early morning the morning colors over the red dunes. It is an iconic highlight of any trip to Namibia, and this morning we rise before the sun to capture this magnificent moment. A brisk climb up Dune 45 offers us the perfect vantage point to marvel at the changing colors of the desert. Once satisfied, we descend this famous dune and enjoy a hearty breakfast pack before catching a 4×4 transfer into Sossusvlei. Here, we will spend time on foot visiting the pans at Sossusvlei and Deadvlei. Upon our return to Sesriem, we have lunch, by a visit to the Sesriem Canyon.
