Flight from Zanzibar to Serengeti/ Game Drive in Central Serengeti

Early in the morning, at 6:00am (pick-up time depends on the location of your hotel in Zanzibar), our driver will take you to the airport for an 8:00am flight from Zanzibar to Serengeti.

Upon your arrival at Seronera Airstrip at 10:40am, our driver guide will pick you up and continue with a game drive in Central Serengeti. You will stop for lunch at a picnic site inside the park and proceed with the game drive until evening. Afterward, you will head to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti is located in northern Tanzania and is a World Heritage Site, occupying an area of around 15,000km² (5,800mi²). It is home to over 2 million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and some 500 bird species. This area is teeming with massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the Dry season. Additionally, the northern Serengeti supports abundant resident wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, and rare oribi antelopes.

Serengeti to Zanzibar Island

Day two begins with an exhilarating early morning safari, accompanied by packed breakfast and lunch, providing the perfect opportunity to witness predators in action under the soft glow of the sunrise. At 14:30, you will board your flight back to Zanzibar, where upon arrival, our driver will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for a relaxing evening.
A packed lunch will be provided, allowing you to make the most of your time exploring this iconic national park.
