Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

Welcome to Kenya! Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you'll be met and transferred in a private 4x4 safari vehicle to The Cliff safari camp, located in Lake Nakuru National Park, one of Kenya’s premier parks. Famous for its year-round beauty, the park features rocky escarpments, acacia trees, and is home to black and white rhinos, hippos, leopards, lions, and the endangered Rothschild giraffes. Named after Lake Nakuru, a soda lake within the Great Rift Valley, the park is also a prime feeding ground for flamingos. Your accommodation, The Cliff, is a luxury tented camp perched on a rock face, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the lake. In the evening, enjoy a game drive in an open-sided Land Cruiser, followed by a relaxing sundowner by the infinity pool.

Day 3-5

Experience the Masai Mara

Experience the Masai Mara

For the next few days, you'll explore the iconic Masai Mara, home to Africa’s Big Five and the awe-inspiring Great Migration (seasonal). The Mara is a safari haven, with thriving populations of zebra, impala, gazelle, wildebeest, buffalo, and elephant. The plains are also home to predators like lions, leopards, hyenas, and cheetahs, while hippos and crocodiles can be found in the Mara and Talek Rivers.

Given your extended stay in the Mara, I recommend visiting a Maasai Village and taking a hot air balloon ride (at an additional cost). These experiences will provide unforgettable moments, enhancing your safari adventure.
