Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Karatu to Tarangire: 2-hour transfer.

Program: After breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up for the transfer to Tarangire National Park, where you'll enjoy a game drive with a picnic lunch. After the game drive in the evening, you will be transferred to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Activities: Game drives.

Tarangire River crosses Tarangire National Park. The park is famous for big herds of elephants, the huge baobab trees and the high number of predators. There is a lot to see and explore here.

The Ngorongoro Crater is a must-see while on safari in Tanzania for its high density of wild animals. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a conservation project where the Maasai and their livestock live together with wild animals.

Karatu - Lake Eyasi - Kilimanjaro International Airport

Karatu to Lake Eyasi: 1-hour transfer. Lake Eyasi to Arusha to Kilimanjaro Airport: 3-hour transfer.

Program: After breakfast, you will meet the Hadzabe tribe, experience their lifestyle, and follow the hunters in the bush. Then you visit another group, Datoga, who is experienced in melting metals and making tools (knives, arrows, etc.). You can also visit a local village and walk on Lake Eyasi's banks with a local guide. After the activities, you will be transferred to either Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport, where the safari ends.

Activities: Visit Hadzabe and Datoga tribes and Lake Eyasi banks.
