Your pick-up from Skukuza Airport is available at any time and is free of charge (please ensure this pick-up is pre-arranged).

The optional shuttle service to Kruger National Park departs from Johannesburg at 6:45 AM or 11:00 AM from OR Tambo International Airport. We can arrange pick-up from your accommodation in Johannesburg to the shuttle at an additional cost of ZAR 875 per transfer.

We recommend arriving at Nelspruit Airport (MQP) by 1:15 PM (shuttle fee included). Private transfers are available for guests with alternative flight times for an extra charge.

After settling into your accommodation, you will head out on your first game drive, a SANParks sunset or night drive.

Guests arriving on the early shuttle will enjoy a sunset game drive, while those arriving on the 11:00 AM shuttle will have an early dinner followed by a night drive. (This is available for children aged 6+).

Game Drives Kruger National Park

The start time of your morning game drive is determined by when the Kruger National Park rest camp gate opens. For instance, from April to September, the gate opens at 6:00 AM; from November to January, it opens at 4:30 AM; and in February, March, and October, it opens at 5:30 AM. After the drive, enjoy a hot breakfast.

Guests aged 12 to 64 can take part in the optional bush walks, which are available to those staying a minimum of 5 days/4 nights.

Dinner consists of a traditional South African dish with dessert, catering to various dietary preferences.

You can also book an optional Panorama Route tour for ZAR 3500 per group, replacing the planned activities for the day. The tour includes stops at God’s Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, Three Rondavels (Blyde River Canyon), and a waterfall (depending on timing). Lunch along the route is at your own expense.

Kruger National Park - OR Tambo Airport

Once again, enjoy rusks with coffee or tea before setting off on the morning game drive. This will be your final opportunity to spot the Big Five.

An optional shuttle is available to return to Johannesburg (included) or MQP Airport (included) after brunch (included).

You will arrive back in Johannesburg between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

For flights departing from Nelspruit Airport (MQP/KMIA), please ensure your flight is scheduled for around 2:30 PM.

Drop-off at Skukuza Airport is available at any time and is included (please arrange a suitable time in advance).
