After head to Kimironko Market, one of the largest and busiest markets in Kigali. Explore vibrant stalls filled with fresh produce, handmade crafts, and textiles, offering a glimpse of local life and culture.
By 1:00 PM, you’ll have completed your visits and can enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, set off for Musanze, located approximately 2.5 to 3 hours from Kigali. The scenic drive through Rwanda’s picturesque hills offers beautiful views of the countryside. Upon arriving in Musanze, check into your accommodation and relax, preparing for your upcoming adventures in the Volcanoes National Park.

Golden monkey trekking
Start your day with breakfast preparing for golden monkey trekking experience at Volcanoes National Park. Arrive at the park headquarters by 7:00 AM for a briefing from the park rangers. Afterward, begin your trek. The trek typically lasts around 2 to 3 hours.
After your golden monkey trek, return to your lodge to enjoy a well-deserved lunch, typically around 12:30 PM. You’ll have some time to relax and reflect on your trekking experience.
By 1:30 PM, set off for the drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park in Uganda, which takes about 4 to 5 hours. The journey will take you through scenic landscapes, passing rolling hills, villages.
Upon arrival in Bwindi in the late evening, check into your accommodation and unwind, ready for the next day's adventure.

Gorilla trekking in Bwindi
Start your day early with a hearty breakfast at your lodge in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park and transferred to the park. You’ll need to be at the park headquarters by 7:00 AM for a briefing from the rangers about the gorilla trekking experience. During the briefing, you’ll learn about the gorillas' behavior, the importance of conservation, and guidelines to follow during your trek to ensure both your safety and that of the gorillas.
The trek can range from 1 to 8 hours depending on the location of the gorillas.
After the trek, return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation. You can take a nature walk, visit local Batwa pygmy communities, or enjoy cultural performances in the evening paid for by you. Return to the lodge, have dinner and rest for the next day.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park for boat cruise on Kazinga Channel
After breakfast, check out from your lodge and start your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park (approximately 4-5 hours by road). Check in to Engiri Game Lodge or any other lodge if the mentioned wasn't available at the time of booking. Enjoy a hearty meal at the lodge.
2:00 PM – Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise: In the afternoon, head to the Kazinga Channel for a 2-hour boat cruise. This cruise offers excellent opportunities to spot wildlife, including hippos, buffaloes, elephants, and a variety of bird species.
The boat will take you along the channel, which connects Lake Edward and Lake George.
It’s a relaxing and scenic way to experience the park, with fantastic photographic opportunities.
Evening: Return to the lodge for dinner and a peaceful evening. Rest up for tomorrow’s game drive.

Game drive at Queen Elizabeth National Park
Morning Game Drive: Wake up early for a game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. The park is known for its rich wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, leopards, and various antelope species.
Depending on your interests, you can do a game drive in the Kasenyi Plains (best for lion sightings) or in the Ishasha Sector (famous for tree-climbing lions).
Return to the lodge for lunch.
Afternoon Activity: You may opt for another activity such as a nature walk, birdwatching, or a visit to the Katwe Salt Lake.
In the evening relax at your lodge after your thrilling game drive.
