Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Pick-up from your hotel in Arusha at 7:00 AM after breakfast. Drive to Tarangire National Park (approximately 2.5 hours). Upon arrival check in and start the memorable game drive. At late afternoon, stop for picnic lunch in the park, followed by a game drive until evening. Drive to Klodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Kitela Lodge – Premium.

Set out at 7:00 AM for a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park, spotting lions, elephants, and more. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park around 1:00 PM or later. After an early breakfast at 7:00 AM, depart for a scenic 4-hour drive to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich wildlife and stunning landscapes. Upon arrival, descend into the crater for an exciting game drive, where you may spot lions, elephants, rhinos, and various bird species. Pause in the afternoon for a relaxing picnic lunch surrounded by the crater's natural beauty. After lunch, continue the game drive until 3:00 PM, exploring more of the crater’s diverse ecosystem. Later, ascend the crater walls and embark on a 2-hour drive to the luxurious Kitela Lodge. Enjoy a delicious dinner and unwind with an overnight stay, preparing for more adventures ahead.

Hadzabe and Datoga Cultural Tour

Start the day early with a 5:30 AM wake-up call followed by breakfast. Depart by 6:00 AM to meet the Hadzabe tribe for a unique hunting expedition. Here, you'll experience their traditional hunting methods, learn about bush survival skills, and hear captivating stories of their heritage. At 9:00 AM, proceed to visit the Datoga tribe, renowned for their exceptional blacksmithing skills. Engage in observing traditional metalwork, bead-making, and other cultural practices.

By 11:30 AM, enjoy cultural exchanges and meaningful interactions with the Datoga community. A well-deserved lunch will be served around 12:30 PM, either at the lodge or picnic-style near Lake Eyasi. Afterward, take a leisurely walk along the lake for birdwatching and to appreciate the scenic surroundings.

At 2:30 PM, begin your journey back to the lodge in Karatu.
