Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Moshi/Arusha to Machame Gate (1,800m) for registration with the Kilimanjaro National Park authorities. Meet your professional guides and porters who will accompany you throughout the trek. Begin your hike through the lush and dense rainforest, where you may encounter blue monkeys, black-and-white colobus monkeys, and a variety of exotic bird species. The trail is often muddy and slippery, so trekking poles and gaiters are highly recommended. Arrive at Machame Camp for dinner and overnight stay under the stars.

After celebrating your achievement, carefully descend to Barafu Camp for a brief rest before continuing to Mweka Camp for your final night on the mountain.
