Arrive in Uganda, you land at Entebbe International Airport which is the main gateway to Uganda where you will find a representative of your booked hotel and will offer you a courteous welcome.
Victoria View Hotel in Kigo, Entebbe offers a scenic and comfortable base. The hotel provides stunning views of the Lake and is surrounded by lush greenery, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.

Day 2

Journey to Rwenzori

Start your journey with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, Our friendly Guide will pick you up and head to Rwenzori Mountains, known as the " Mountain of the Moon" providing a chance to soak in the scenery of Uganda's countryside. Arrive at the camp, relax and prepare for next day's trek.

Hike to Sine Camp 2596-metres

We start by walking up the valley floor through tall forest trees of the Afro Montane Forest Zone. This is a steady climb with multitudes of birds and a chance of seeing blue monkeys scampering off through the forest. At times visitors may see troupes of 15 to 20 black and white Colobus monkeys as they swing through the tree tops. There are rare sightings of the L’Hoest monkey which are part of the Bukonzo cultural emblems and are protected by the virtue of the King or Omusinga or you may hear wild chimpanzee in the distance.

Day 4

Hike to Samalira Camp 3170-metres

Hike to Samalira Camp 3170-metres

Hike up through the bamboo zone to Kalalama camp 3,134m enjoy the views at Kalalama which is the start of the heather zone before we continue to Samalira camp 3430metres, on the way you will meet a series of waterfalls namely Samalira falls which are calming and inspiring just at a mere glance and a beautiful lobelia garden, we will then head down to Samalira hut and check into our wooden cabins for dinner and and overnight.

Hike Up Higher to see the different series of Waterfalls

This morning after breakfast we will go and explore a series of different waterfalls. Hike up to kamalha falls and continue higher take the loop right below Cathy's falls, then hike down to Nyamwamba falls and followed by Plozza falls where
you can sit and have some lunch before we continue down to Engwe falls, then down to Forest View Camp 2580 meters for the night. The views at this camp are stunning, beautiful and simply give a rest from the day's trek. It’s a wonderful place to meditate.

Day 6

Descend down to the basecamp 1450-metres

Descend down to the basecamp 1450-metres

Descend down through the bamboo forests and back into the Afro Montane Forest Zone beaming up birds and primates. Just below Omusita Rest Area you may either continue straight down or branch to the left to slope down to a trail along the Nyamwamba River where the trees and forest is truly beautiful and continue on to the park entrance where you'll meet our driver/ guide who'll take you to the Lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Day 7

Relaxing and Boat Cruise

Relaxing and Boat Cruise

After breakfast, visit Kalinzu Forest Reserve for a guided nature walk. Look for the reserve’s primates, including the rare blue monkeys and various bird species.
Evening: Enjoy a scenic boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, famous for its hippos and birdlife.
Head back to your lodge in Queen Elizabeth for dinner and overnight.

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Morning: Enjoy breakfast before embarking on a scenic drive to Lake Mburo National Park (approximately 3-4 hours).
Evening: Go on a game drive to explore this unique park, known for its zebra population and the picturesque landscape. Relax at your lodge with dinner. Overnight at a lodge in Lake Mburo.
