Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel/place of stay at 7:00 am - 8:45 am and depart Nairobi in the morning. You will drive to Masai Mara through the Great African Rift Valley and Narok, the Maasai Town. Have the first stop at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint then proceed to Narok town for lunch. Afterwards, you will leave and proceed to Mara arriving in good time for an afternoon game viewing. You will check in at the camp, then leave for a game drive through the park in search of the lion, cheetah, elephant, buffalo, and other members of the Big Five plus other animals. Dinner and your overnight stay are at Lenchada Tourist Camp.

Masai Mara Full Game Drive

You will have an early morning breakfast and then leave the camp for your full day game drive at 7:35 am-7:45 am. Your full day game drive is to be accompanied by your packed lunch which will be served at Mara River with hippos, crocodiles, and millions of wildebeest. Have an early morning game drive in Amboseli and return to your lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, depart for the Tanzania border with picnic lunch boxes and enter Tanzania through Namanga. After you are done with immigration, exchange vehicles and proceed to Arusha, arriving around 4:00 p.m. for overnight rest at Tulia Hotel & Spa.

Arusha - Serengeti National Park

The legendary Serengeti plains is your destination today, a vast rolling plain whose sparse vegetation allows for some of the best wildlife viewing in the world. The annual migration of wildebeest and zebra is one of the park’s great attractions. Still, throughout the year, the Serengeti is excellent for seeing predators such as lion, leopard and cheetah, along with elephant, giraffe, hyena, hippo, rhino, and many varieties of antelopes and birds. Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

This morning, descend into the crater for an in-depth exploration of this distinctive ecosystem. Enjoy abundant wildlife viewing set against the impressive backdrop of the Ngorongoro Crater, the heart of the conservation area. These drives provide one of the best opportunities in Africa to view the rare black rhino, which tends to spend its time on the crater floor.

Ngorongoro is one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles; its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthrall visitors. For lunch, enjoy a picnic next to the hippo pools on the crater floor. Continue with the game drive throughout the various ecosystems of the crater, including woodland filled with zebra and baboon, plains that support scavenging hyena and a lake that is tinted pink with greater and lesser flamingos. Other game you can see include leopard, cheetah, other members of the antelope family, and small mammals.

In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha for an overnight at Tulia Hotel & Spa.
