Transfer To Masai Mara National Reserve

You will be transferred to Masai Mara National Reserve a 5-6 hours drive. On arrival you will check in, freshen up and relax a bit before embarking on the first day game drive. This goes up to sunset. The Reserve is known for its abundant wildlife including the Big Five and other varieties of animals and other notable species like the thousands of wildebeests. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Chasing The Big Five

Head out for an early morning game drive. The Mara is at its most active during the cooler early hours and you'll have the chance to see lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants and other wildlife before they retreat to the shade for the day. The golden light of the sunrise creates magical moments for photography. Look for predators like lions or leopards on the hunt. Spot herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles grazing in the open plains. Enjoy the serenity of the Mara at dawn and watch the sky turn into beautiful hues of pink, purple, and gold. Enjoy hot air balloon Safari. Return to the lodge for breakfast. After continue with the great adventure up lunch which again will be provided. In the afternoon after relaxing, consider visiting areas you didn’t visit earlier to have the full glimpse of magical Mara. Consider visiting Maasai Village for cultural encounter. As the sun sets retreat back for dinner and overnight stay at the Mara Sopa lodge.
