After breakfast at your lodge in the morning, you will meet your guide at the reception area for a brief introduction before beginning your journey to Lake Mburo National Park in western Uganda. Along the way, you will have a couple of stops for a coffee break, bathroom break, and a visit to the equator for a photo opportunity and an equator experiment demonstration.
Upon arrival at your lodge, you will be warmly welcomed and checked in, followed by lunch and some time to refresh. Later in the evening, you will embark on a guided nature walk. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 2

After breakfast at 7:00 am, you will cycle to the park gate and register for the cycling activity, which will take two to three hours. This experience allows you to get close to zebras, impalas, and other animals in the park. If you cannot cycle, we offer guided nature walks instead—let us know what works best for you.
After the activity, return to the lodge to refresh and check out before beginning the journey to Bwindi. Upon arrival, check in at the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3

After a 6:00 am breakfast, we will leave for gorilla trekking at 7:00 am. We will make our way to the briefing center, where you will receive information about the gorilla families and be assigned a group for trekking.
Each group consists of a maximum of eight people per gorilla family. After the briefing, you will head out with your park ranger guides for the trekking experience, which takes approximately three to four hours, depending on the location of the gorilla family.
Once the trek is complete, you will return to the center to meet your guide and begin the drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, with a lunch stop along the way. Upon arrival at your lodge, you will check in and stay overnight.

Day 4

Early in the morning after breakfast, we’ll head out for a game drive to observe wildlife when they are most active. Look out for elephants, tree-climbing lions, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, and various antelope species.
Birdwatchers can enjoy spotting over 600 bird species, including the famous shoebill stork, during a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel. The cruise offers an excellent vantage point for observing more wildlife—hippos are abundant, and you may also see crocodiles and a variety of birds along the banks.
In the evening, we’ll head out on another game drive in the western part of the park for more wildlife viewing and a golden sunset experience. Later, we’ll drive to your accommodations for refreshment, followed by lunch, dinner, and your overnight stay outside the park.

Day 5

In the morning, after a restful sleep in, we'll have breakfast at 10:00 am before driving to Fort Portal, a charming town known for its beautiful scenery and tea plantations. It serves as a gateway to several national parks, including Queen Elizabeth National Park and Kibale Forest National Park.
You will visit the Amabere Caves and explore Fort Portal town, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural experiences. The caves, situated near the town, are easily accessible and feature stunning stalactites and stalagmites. According to local legend, they were formed from the breast milk of a certain princess. A nearby waterfall enhances the beauty of the area.
A local guide will take you through the caves, sharing insights into the local history and folklore. You will also enjoy a hike in the surrounding hills. After the hike, you will visit a local market before your guide drives you to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 6

Early in the morning, you will have breakfast and then drive to the Kibale briefing point, where park rangers will explain the dos and don’ts of chimpanzee tracking and provide any necessary information for the experience. The trek starts at 8:00 am from the Kanyanchu Visitor Center and lasts approximately two to three hours.
You will be assigned to a group of up to six people to minimize the impact on the chimpanzees and reduce the risk of disease transmission. Park guides will lead you through the forest, pointing out various primates, birds, and plant species. Once you locate a group of chimpanzees, you will have about an hour to observe and photograph them.
After the trek, your guide will be waiting at the trekking center to drive you back to your lodge for lunch, followed by dinner and your overnight stay.

After breakfast in the morning, your guide will drive you to Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve.
Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve is a hidden gem in western Uganda, near the town of Hoima. Covering approximately 87 square kilometers, it lies within the Albertine Rift Valley, between the breathtaking Blue Mountains of the Congo and Lake Albert. The reserve is home to various wildlife, including antelopes and primates such as baboons, black-and-white colobus monkeys, and vervet monkeys. With over 300 bird species, including the rare shoebill stork, Kabwoya is a paradise for birdwatchers. Visitors can enjoy game drives, birdwatching, and guided nature walks.
Upon arrival at the lodge, you will check in, refresh, and take an evening walk before enjoying a bush dinner. You will then spend the night at the lodge.

After breakfast in the morning, you will head out with the lodge guide for a fossil adventure in Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve, a unique and exciting experience. The reserve is rich in prehistoric fossils, making it a hotspot for both amateur and professional fossil enthusiasts.
The area has yielded fossils from various prehistoric periods, including those of ancient mammals, reptiles, and even some marine life due to its location within the Albertine Rift Valley. The activity lasts 1–2 hours, and fossil hunting is not just about discovery but also about learning. The guides will provide fascinating insights into the history and significance of the fossils found.
After the fossil experience, you will return to the lodge to refresh before driving to Murchison Falls National Park for an evening game drive, followed by dinner and your overnight stay.

Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will head out for a game drive with your bags packed in the jeep. A morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park is an unforgettable experience, offering a great opportunity to see Uganda's wildlife in its natural habitat while the animals are still active in the cool morning hours.
After the game drive, you will proceed to the boat for an afternoon boat ride, where you will have the chance to see hippos, crocodiles, and other wildlife along the riverbanks. The boat trip lasts approximately two hours.
Following the boat trip, you will drive to the top of the falls for a breathtaking view before exiting the park and heading to your lodge for lunch, dinner, and your overnight stay.

Day 10

After breakfast, we’ll drive to the Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch, a conservation area dedicated to protecting and breeding the country's last remaining rhinos. The sanctuary offers a unique opportunity to track and observe rhinos in their natural habitat.
Upon arrival, the guide will lead you to observe the rhinos and provide an educational experience about their behavior, conservation efforts, and the ecosystem. The best times to visit are in the morning or late afternoon, as rhinos are more active during these cooler parts of the day.
The sanctuary plays a crucial role in the reintroduction and conservation of the eastern white rhino species, which were nearly extinct in Uganda.
After the rhino tracking, which takes about 1-2 hours (depending on the rhinos' location), we will head back to the car and continue our journey to central Uganda, arriving in Kampala and heading to your lodge. This marks the end of your amazing adventure.
