Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Today, we will depart after breakfast and begin our journey to the Serengeti. After a scenic 4-hour drive, we’ll arrive at the park and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll embark on a thrilling game drive through this stunning reserve. The Serengeti is renowned for its vast plains of savannah and diverse landscapes, home to the incredible migration of 1.5 million herbivores and their predators. As the animals move in response to drought in the northern hills, they make their way to the lush southern plains. After the rains in mid-April, they’ll return, taking a detour through the western region. By the end of the day, we’ll reach our campsite, located deep within the Serengeti. Your tent will be ready, and as evening falls, the chef will prepare a delicious dinner for you to enjoy under the stars.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro crater

You'll start your day early for a magical game drive through Serengeti National Park. In the afternoon, you'll head to Ngorongoro, where you'll spend the night at a stunning accommodation overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater. The next morning, you'll have the chance to descend into the crater, witnessing the vibrant wildlife that's most active during the early hours.

After breakfast, you'll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive. Once the game drive is complete, we'll transfer you to either Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight home or to your next destination, marking the end of your safari.

Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's natural wonders, is the world’s largest intact caldera. It’s home to around 30,000 large mammals, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, rhinos, and a wide variety of bird species such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Get ready to see an incredible array of animals in a relatively short time.
