Early morning pick up from the hotel and drive along Mombasa road with a stop over at Emali tourist soveniour shop for a bathroom break. Then embark your journey. Arrive at AA Lodge Amboseli for lunch. Check in and have a short rest and have an evening game drive in search of its popular residents like the well known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro.

Amboseli national park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains.

Amboseli full day

A full-day game drive at Amboseli National Park is a thrilling and unforgettable experience. Start your day early, just before sunrise, when the wildlife is most active. As you search for wildlife among the grassy plains of Amboseli, you will be amazed by the sights of elephants, zebras, buffalo, giraffes, and other animals roaming the landscape.

During your game drive, you may even be lucky enough to spot some of the Big Five—elephants, lions, buffalos, rhinos, and leopards. Throughout the day you will also have opportunities to take in breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro from different angles.

Your day of game driving ends in the evening, as you return to your lodgings. Enjoy a restful night and get ready for another exciting day of exploring Amboseli National Park!

Our final day in the park and we want to squeeze in all the game viewing we can. We’ll start on a pre-breakfast safari and see who we can check off our list. Don’t forget to look for the smaller animals here like hyenas, foxes, jackals and monkeys.

There’s also a colorful variety of rich birdlife in the park – pelican, kingfisher, egret and heron are found near the park’s marshes and lakes.

We’ll enjoy one more Amboseli breakfast, with views of great Kilimanjaro and then a final game drive as we exit the reserve.
