Exploring the Serengeti
This day is entirely devoted to exploring the Serengeti, home to an incredible variety of wildlife, including impalas, buffalo, crocodiles, and hippos. The park is world-renowned for its great migration, where vast herds of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeest journey across the plains, following the rhythm of the rains. From November to December, the herds migrate south to the grassy plains, while during the longer rainy season from April to June, they move northward. Beyond the migrating herds, you may also encounter the park's resident predators, including leopards, cheetahs, and lions, in action as part of nature's circle of life.
After a long and thrilling day of game drives, you will return to Salinero Lodge for a refreshing swim and a magical bonfire dinner. Your dedicated chef and butler will ensure every detail is attended to, providing a personalized dining experience that guarantees your comfort and relaxation.
