Serengeti National Park
Every year, millions of wildebeests, gazelles, and zebras embark on a thrilling journey across the Serengeti plains in search of fresh grass and water. Witnessing this incredible migration as they travel from north to south, closely followed by their predators, is truly a breathtaking experience. This is undoubtedly the best time to visit the Serengeti!
The southern and northern plains of the Serengeti serve as the primary feeding grounds for the herds. These animals are in constant motion, traveling back and forth between the two regions throughout the year. With some degree of predictability, we can anticipate their location at any given time.
