After an early breakfast, you’ll drive from Arusha to the Serengeti, the world’s most famous national park. The drive is long but offers stunning views, including a stop at the Ngorongoro Crater rim.
Once in the Serengeti, you'll experience the "endless plains"—vast, open landscapes that stretch as far as the eye can see. The park is home to the great migration, with millions of wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes, as well as predators like lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands
We recommend an early wake-up for a morning game drive when the animals are most active, along with one of the best sunrises you'll ever see.
After the drive, you'll enjoy a brunch at camp before heading to Ngorongoro Crater, known as the 8th Wonder of the World. The crater spans 102 square miles with 2,000 ft high walls, creating a unique wildlife haven. It’s home to almost every species in East Africa, including rare black rhinos.
The crater’s diverse landscapes—rivers, swamps, a soda lake with flamingos, forests, and plains—make it a prime spot for wildlife, including the largest elephants in the world.
