Arusha to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, you will board our safari Jeep with your guide-driver for the journey from Arusha to Serengeti National Park, the most famous national park in the world. Although the drive is long, it offers stunning views, including a stop at the Ngorongoro Crater rim.

Once you arrive in the Serengeti, you will see the infamous endless plains—vast open landscapes that stretch as far as the eye can see. The park is home to the great migration, featuring millions of wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes, along with predators like lions, cheetahs, leopards and hyenas.

You will enjoy a delightful lunch while taking in the breathtaking nature of Serengeti National Park. After lunch, you will be transferred to your first camping accommodation inside the park for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Highlands

We recommend waking up early for a morning game drive when the animals are most active, offering one of the best sunrises you will ever experience!

After the drive, you can enjoy brunch at the camp before heading to the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the 8th Wonder of the World. This stunning crater spans 310km² (102mi²) and features 600m (2,000ft) high walls, creating a unique haven for wildlife. It is home to nearly every species in East Africa, including the rare black rhino.

The crater's diverse landscapes—rivers, swamps, a soda lake with flamingos, forests and plains—make it an exceptional spot for viewing wildlife, with sights of the large elephant herds.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Your day begins early as you descend into the crater for an incredible morning of wildlife viewing in one of the world's most stunning locations. After the game drive, you can enjoy a picnic lunch near the picturesque hippo pool. Following a brief game drive, you will head back up the crater and leave the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

You will be transferred back to your hotel or lodge of choice in Arusha around 5:30pm, marking the end of your tour and leaving you with unforgettable memories of your adventures.
