Upon landing at the Mara airstrip, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your guide, who will transfer you to Sopa Lodge. Spend the afternoon relaxing or exploring the lodge’s surroundings.

In the late afternoon, embark on your first game drive. Witness the golden savannahs come alive as wildlife begins to stir in the cooler hours. Keep your eyes peeled for the Big Five—lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, and buffalo—as well as zebras, giraffes, and gazelles. Your experienced guide will share fascinating insights about the animals and their behaviors. Return to the lodge at sunset for a sumptuous dinner and unwind in the cozy ambiance of your room.
