1-Day Ngorongoro Crater Big Five Safari

• You'll be collected from the airport.

You'll be picked up from your hotel at 5:00 am and begin your journey to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, with a packed breakfast to enjoy along the way. The drive takes approximately four hours. This incredible destination is home to nearly every species of wildlife native to East Africa, including the rare black rhino—if we’re lucky, we might even spot one! Spanning an impressive 260 square kilometers and stretching about 20 kilometers in diameter, you’ll need around 5 to 6 hours to fully explore its wonders.

After your adventure, you’ll head back to Arusha, with an expected return to town at around 6:00 pm. During your visit, you’ll stop for a hot lunch at the Ngoitoktok Picnic area, which overlooks a serene hippo pool.
