1-Day Marangu Route to Mandara Hut on Mount Kilimanjaro

• You'll be collected from the airport.

After breakfast and a brief orientation, you'll drive for about an hour to the Kilimanjaro National Park Gate to register and begin your climb. From there, hike through the lush rainforest to reach the Mandara Encampment. Along the way, take a short detour to Maundi Crater for stunning views of the surrounding areas, including Northern Tanzania and Kenya. As you trek through the forest, keep an eye out for towering eucalyptus trees, diverse bird species, and the playful Colobus monkeys. After completing the hike, return to your accommodations.
