Mombasa to Taita Saltlick lodge

Buffalo steps guide shall pick you from your beach hotel in the early morning ( 7am) and depart by road to Taita Hills Game Sanctuary. You will enjoy an amazing game drive along the way. Upon arrival at Taita Hills Lodge, you will have lunch, relax for a while and then head out for a game drive in the sanctuary, searching for lions and other wildlife.

You will then return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay at Salt Lick Lodge. Saltlick lodge is especially memorable for its imaginative structure. A complex of rondavels sits on stilts over a series of waterholes. These two-story towers, topped by peaked thatch roofs connected by open-air bridges, create an African fantasy of a medieval fortress. The lodge has been built with game viewing in mind. The structure provides a panoramic view of the sanctuary, offering spectacular views of the landscape and wildlife.

Saltlick lodge to Mombasa or Diani

Enjoy an early morning hot breakfast at the lodge and then depart for a half-day game drive. In a good morning, there are alot of animals to see at the sanctuary. Around noon, exit the park and depart for Mombasa dropping at your Mombasa or Diani based hotel.
