Kigali city tour & Transfer to Musanze for Golden monkey trekking

Pick up from your hotel at 7:00 AM.
Start with a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial, a poignant site that offers insights into Rwanda's history and the 1994 genocide.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then take a brief tour of Kigali's other notable landmarks, such as Kigali City Tower or Kimironko Market, before wrapping up the tour as time allows.

Golden monkey trekking and transfer to Bwindi National Park

5:30 AM: Depart for Volcanoes National Park for golden monkey trekking. After the briefing, trek through the forest to observe the playful golden monkeys in their natural habitat.
11:00 AM: After trekking, head back to the base and enjoy lunch.
1:00 PM: Transfer to Kisoro, Uganda (approximately 3-4 hours), where you'll stay at a lodge near Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in preparation for the next day’s gorilla trekking adventure.
5:30 PM: Check-in at your lodge, unwind, and relax before your exciting trek the next day.

Gorilla trekking at Bwindi national park

5:30 AM: Depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for your gorilla trekking adventure. After a briefing, trek through the forest to encounter the mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.
12:00 PM: After spending time with the gorillas, return to the base for a well-deserved lunch.
1:30 PM: Head back to your lodge to relax and unwind after the trek.
Evening: Enjoy a restful evening at the lodge, preparing for the next day’s activities.

Head to Lake Bunyonyi and transfer back to Kigali

After breakfast, depart from your lodge and head to Lake Bunyonyi (approximately 2.5-3 hours drive). Enjoy the scenic drive through the beautiful landscapes of southwestern Uganda.
11:00 AM: Arrive at Lake Bunyonyi, known for its stunning views and serene atmosphere. Take a relaxing boat ride or enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
1:00 PM: Have lunch by the lake.
2:00 PM: Begin your journey back to Kigali (approximately 4-5 hours drive).
6:30 PM: Arrive in Kigali and be dropped off at your hotel.
