The park's diverse landscapes include dense vegetation, elephant grass, acacia woodlands, and lush groundwater forests. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds, often seen gathered near the river, as well as giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests. Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, we will set off for Ngorongoro Crater. As you first gaze upon the Crater, it feels like stepping into a forgotten world. Here, you'll have the chance to spot the endangered black rhino and large prides of lions. The Crater was formed millions of years ago when a massive volcano erupted and collapsed in on itself. It's famous not only for its geological wonders but also for being a natural sanctuary with some of the highest concentrations of large mammals in all of Africa. The descent into the Crater is an adventure on its own, and once you reach the floor, you'll find yourself surrounded by wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and over 500 species of birds. This is one of the best places to view the elusive black rhino, often seen grazing in the open grasslands. After a packed lunch, we’ll continue our journey to Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight accommodations await at Kubukubu Luxury Tented Lodge.

We’ll start the day with an early breakfast and depart for a game drive around 6:30 am. You’ll have 6 to 7 hours to explore the vast Serengeti, home to an incredible array of wildlife, including impala, buffalo, crocodiles, and hippos. The Serengeti is most famous for its spectacular migratory herds 250,000 zebras, 1.5 million wildebeests, and 500,000 antelopes whose journey is guided by the seasonal rains and varies each year. We’ll also have the opportunity to spot predators such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions as they hunt.
