Day 2

Arusha - Arusha National Park

Arusha - Arusha National Park

You may take a picnic lunch and have a half-day or full day's excursion to nearby Arusha National Park, including visits to the Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater, Arusha National Park has terrain ranging from open savannah through acacia scrublands to Afro-montane cloud and rain forest, and Afro-alpine vegetation similar to Mount Kilimanjaro. There are several alkaline lakes and the spectacular Ngurdoto Crater is not to be missed. Mammal species include elephant, buffalo, various primates, giraffe and leopard. This is one park where you can see the colobus monkey. After game driver you will driver back to your Hotel located at Arusha for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 3

After breakfast at your hotel, You will driver to Tarangire National for Game driver and after game drive, driver to you Hotel located at lake Eyasi, for dinner and oveninght,

The park is famous for its high density of elephants and baobab trees. Visitors to the park in the June to November dry season can expect to see large herds of thousands of zebra, wildebeest and cape buffalo. Other common resident animals include waterbuck, giraffe, dik dik, impala, eland, Grant's gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon. Predators in Tarangire include African lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, honey badger, and African wild dog.

Day 4

Tarangire National Park to Lake Eyasi

Tarangire National Park to Lake Eyasi

Early morning tea/coffee with cookies at Kisima Ngeda Camp.
Then departure with your private driver-guide and a local guide to meet the Hadzabe, Rock Painting, black smith and visit their village. You may get the chance to follow them for their morning bow hunt!
Stop in the bush for a casual breakfast, then head back to the Lodge for lunch and afternoon at leisure.

Lake Eyasi (formerly German: Njarasasee, "Njarasa Lake", and Hohenlohesee, "Hohenlohe Lake") is a seasonal shallow endorheic Salt Lake on the floor of the Great Rift Valley at the base of the Serengeti Plateau, just south of the Serengeti National Park and immediately southwest of the Ngorongoro Crater in the Crater Highlands of Tanzania. The lake is elongated, orientated southwest to northeast, and lies in the Eyasi-Wembere branch of the Great Rift Valley.

Lake Eyasi to Ngorongoro Crater

The Ngorongoro Crater is a World Heritage Site and better known as the “Eighth Wonder of the World”. It is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. The 2000 feet high walls of the approximately 10-mile-wide crater create a natural amphitheater for the densest populations of large animals anywhere.
The rich soils and abundant, year-round water provide an idea habitat for a variety of approximately 22,000 large animals. Herbivores that you will likely encounter include elephant, black rhino, hippo, buffalo, eland, zebra,
wildebeest, hartebeest, waterbuck, warthog, Grant’s gazelle and Thomson’s gazelle. Giraffe, impala and topi are strangely absent from the Crater floor. Primates include baboons and velvet monkeys. Carnivores that you will likely encounter include lion, cheetah, hyena and jackal. Leopards, servals, bat eared foxes and ratels are also resident within the Crater but much more elusive.
