Day 1

After breakfast at your hotel, your safari adventure begins as you head towards the Materuni Waterfalls, located at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. Once you reach the village, your guided walk to the falls begins. Along the way, you'll encounter chameleons, vibrant trees, birds, insects, and a variety of fruits. The waterfall, fed by the clear waters of the Kilimanjaro forest, provides a stunning and refreshing sight. Feel free to take a dip in its cool waters (don’t forget your swimwear!).

After the waterfall, return to the village for an engaging coffee tour and enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local Chagga cuisine. Following this, you'll head to the tranquil Chemka Hot Springs, where you can relax in the warm waters, surrounded by fig trees and playful fish. The spring’s unique warm-cold balance promises a relaxing swim.

As the day comes to a close, you'll travel back to Arusha, where your accommodation awaits.

Day 2

Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Today’s adventure takes you through the lush highlands, where the landscape is rich with crops like wheat, corn, and coffee. As you travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you’ll stop to admire the breathtaking view of the Ngorongoro Crater before continuing your journey into Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti, which means “endless plains” in Maasai, stretches out as a vast, open savannah dotted with iconic kopjes and unique rock formations, often home to predators. Depending on the time of year, you may witness the spectacular migration of thousands of animals, one of the park's most famous sights.

Arriving in the Seronera Valley in Central Serengeti as the day winds down, you’ll enjoy an afternoon game drive, capturing stunning views of the sunset and the diverse wildlife around you. As the day comes to a close, your driver will take you to your charming accommodation for the evening.

Day 3

Rise early with a warm cup of tea or coffee and a packed breakfast, ready for a thrilling game drive during the prime hunting hours of dawn. Heading east from Central Serengeti, you’ll search for cheetahs, lions on rocks, and diverse wildlife. A special stop will let you enjoy the breathtaking sunrise over the Serengeti.

The game drive continues until early afternoon, with the choice to return for lunch or enjoy a packed meal. Afterward, you’ll head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, spotting lions, leopards, zebras, and more along the way. Your day ends as you arrive at your accommodation for the night.

After breakfast, your safari guide will take you straight to Ngorongoro Crater. Descending more than 600 meters into the crater, you’ll be surrounded by an incredible wildlife display. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to a variety of animals, including wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, warthogs, elephants, and hippos. Predators like lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopards also call this area home, making for exciting sightings.

As the day unfolds, you’ll begin your return journey to Arusha in the late afternoon.
