In the morning, our guide will pick you up from your lodge for the transfer to Murchison Falls. The journey is scenic and takes approximately 5-6 hours. Along the way, you will enjoy views of Uganda's countryside and stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a half-hour rhino tracking experience. This unique opportunity allows you to observe these majestic creatures up close while learning about their conservation.
Afterward, we continue to Masindi for lunch before proceeding to Murchison Falls. Upon arrival, you will visit the top of the falls, where you will hike to a breathtaking viewpoint. Here, the Nile River forces its way through a narrow gorge, creating a thunderous roar and a spectacular spray. The views are unforgettable, offering a thrilling yet serene experience. After visiting the falls, we will drive to your lodge, where you may spot more wildlife before enjoying dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2

Early in the morning, you will have a light snack and coffee, before setting off to explore the savannah in search of iconic wildlife such as lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and antelopes. The cool morning weather is ideal for animal activity, and our professional guide will assist in spotting and explaining the behaviors of these fascinating creatures. During the drive, we will stop for a bush breakfast at the hippo pool.
At 11:00 am, you will embark on a boat cruise on the Nile, bringing you closer to the park’s aquatic life. You will encounter hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species along the riverbanks. The cruise will take you to the base of the mighty Murchison Falls, offering a breathtaking view of the water as it thunders through the narrow gorge. Lunch will be at the lodge.
In the evening, we will head out for another game drive, taking advantage of the golden hours for more wildlife sightings. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 3

In the morning, after breakfast, we will transfer from Murchison Falls to Fort Portal. This scenic journey takes approximately 7-8 hours by road, covering about 339 kilometers. Along the way, you will enjoy views of Uganda’s lush countryside, tea plantations, and rolling hills.
Upon arrival in Fort Portal, we will visit the Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru Caves, a site of both cultural and geological significance. The caves are surrounded by waterfalls and crater lakes, providing a serene and picturesque setting.
After the cave visit, we will drive you to your lodge for check in and your overnight stay.

Day 4

After breakfast at 7:00 am, we will drive to the trekking center for a briefing by park rangers. Kibale is the prime destination for chimpanzee tracking, often referred to as the "Primate Capital of the World." During the trek, you will have the opportunity to observe chimpanzees in their natural habitat. The experience is both thrilling and educational, as guides provide insights into the behavior and ecology of these fascinating primates. Trekking typically lasts 2-4 hours, including the time spent with the chimpanzees. Lunch will be at the lodge.
Later, we will visit the Bigodi Swamp. Located near Kibale, the Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary is a haven for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. The swamp is home to over 200 bird species, including the great blue turaco, as well as primates like black-and-white colobus monkeys and red-tailed monkeys. A guided swamp walk offers an opportunity to explore its rich biodiversity and learn about the community’s conservation efforts.

Day 5

In the morning after breakfast, you will check out of your room and board the Jeep for your transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, stopping at the equator for photos along the way. Upon arrival, you will embark on an evening game drive, taking advantage of the cooler hours when wildlife is more active. After the drive, you will head to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 6

In the morning after breakfast, we will check out and begin the day's activities. Start with a game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you may spot lions, elephants, and buffaloes during the prime morning hours for wildlife activity.
At 11:00 am, we head to the Kazinga Channel for a boat cruise, offering close encounters with hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species. After the cruise, we will have lunch before driving to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The scenic journey showcases rolling hills, tea plantations, and local villages. Depending on the route, we may pass through the Ishasha sector, known for its tree-climbing lions.
Upon arrival, you will check in at the lodge for your overnight stay.

Day 7

Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You'll hike through dense rainforest in the Ruhija sector to encounter mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. The trek can take several hours, but the chance to observe these majestic creatures up close is unforgettable.
After the trek, we will transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, a tranquil retreat known as the "Place of Little Birds." Surrounded by rolling hills and dotted with 29 islands, it's perfect for relaxation, canoeing, and stunning views. The drive from Bwindi to Lake Bunyonyi takes about an hour.
Upon arrival, check in at the lodge, have lunch, and refresh before heading out for an evening community visit.

Day 8

After breakfast in the morning, we will check out of the rooms and head to the Jeep to meet your guide for the transfer to Entebbe. The drive covers approximately 480 km and takes about seven hours. Along the way, we will make a few stops for bathroom breaks, lunch, and a stop at the equator for pictures. Upon arrival at your lodge in Entebbe, the trip will come to an end. We hope to see you again on another adventure in East Africa.
