Upon arrival at JRO or ARK, our warm representative will transfer you to Tarangire National Park for an unforgettable night game drive. Before the Night Game Drive safari which usually start around 19:30, enjoy a short day game drive en route to your lodge, spotting wildlife in the golden light. As darkness falls, explore Tarangire’s nocturnal world, encountering leopards, lions, elephants, antelopes, porcupines, genets, and civet cats. Guided by experts, witness the park’s hidden wonders before returning to your accommodation at 22:30.

A visit to the hippo pools offers a fascinating encounter with these mighty creatures as they wallow and jostle in the water. Later, you’ll journey toward Karatu, where a comfortable mid-range lodge awaits, providing a relaxing retreat for your overnight stay amidst the tranquility of the highlands.

After a delightful breakfast at your lodge, you will embark on a scenic journey from Karatu to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, carrying a packed lunch for the adventure ahead.
As you descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, you’ll step into a world teeming with wildlife—nearly every species native to East Africa, including the elusive black rhino. This vast, unbroken caldera is a sanctuary of diverse landscapes, from lush forests and shimmering lakes to sweeping grasslands and meandering rivers.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at the hippo pool site, surrounded by nature’s splendor, as you take in the extraordinary beauty of this wildlife haven, home to over 30,000 animals thriving in their natural enclosure.
In the afternoon, you will be transferred back to Arusha or Arusha Airport, bringing your unforgettable safari experience to a perfect close.
