Depending on the season (typically July to October), you will have the chance to witness thousands of wildebeest and zebras making the perilous Mara River crossing. After an early morning breakfast, you will depart for Central Serengeti, enjoying a full-day en-route game drive as you travel through the breathtaking landscapes of the Northern Serengeti. Along the way, you will have more opportunities to spot wildlife, from large herds of elephants and buffaloes to elusive leopards and cheetahs resting on rocky kopjes.
Central Serengeti, specifically the Seronera Valley, is known for its high concentration of predators, making it one of the best places to witness the circle of life in action. The Seronera River, a vital water source, attracts large numbers of herbivores such as zebras, gazelles, and giraffes, which in turn draw in lions, hyenas, and leopards.
As you continue your scenic drive, you may also come across the iconic rock kopjes, which serve as perfect lookout points for big cats. If you're lucky, you might even spot a lion pride basking in the sun or a cheetah stalking its prey.

After breakfast, you will drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, one of Tanzania’s most breathtaking natural landmarks. Upon arrival, you will descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. This unique ecosystem is home to an incredibly dense concentration of wildlife, making it one of the best safari destinations in Africa.
Enjoy a full-day game drive on the crater floor, where you will have the chance to spot the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and the rare black rhino. The crater’s open grasslands, acacia forests, and soda lakes support a variety of animals, including zebras, wildebeest, hippos, flamingos, and hyenas.
