Arrival and Transfer to Kibale National Park

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, where your adventure begins. Meet your guide and set off on a scenic drive to Kibale National Park, passing through lush countryside, tea plantations, and traditional villages. Stop in Fort Portal, Uganda’s tourism city, for lunch and a brief exploration of its vibrant markets and scenic views of the Rwenzori Mountains.

Continue to Kibale National Park, home to Africa’s highest concentration of primates. As you approach, the landscape transforms into dense rainforests, rich with birdlife and wildlife. Check in at your lodge, nestled in the jungle, and unwind as you take in the tranquil surroundings.

Mountain Gorilla Trekking and Transfer To Lake Bunyoni

Transfer from Lake Bunyoni To Entebbe

After breakfast at your lakeside lodge, begin your scenic transfer from Lake Bunyonyi to Entebbe, a journey of about 6-7 hours that showcases Uganda’s stunning landscapes. Along the way, make a stop at the Equator for a unique experience. Stand with one foot in the Northern Hemisphere and the other in the Southern Hemisphere, capturing memorable photos. You can also participate in the famous water experiment to observe how water behaves differently on either side of the Equator.

Continue the drive through Masaka, stopping for local snacks and a delicious lunch of traditional dishes like matoke (banana stew) or posho with beans. As you approach Entebbe, the lush greenery and tropical vegetation signal your arrival near the coast.
