Following breakfast, the safari adventure begins with a journey to Lake Manyara National Park. This park boasts stunning vistas and diverse habitats, ranging from acacia woodlands and water forests to baobab-dotted cliffs, algae-covered hot springs, swamps, and the lake itself. This diverse landscape allows the relatively small park to support a remarkable array of animal species and an abundance of birdlife. Manyara is known for having the world's densest baboon population, and its lions are famous for their unique tree-climbing behavior. Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your camp within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Day 2

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

Following an early breakfast, embark on a descent of over 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for exceptional wildlife viewing. The crater's year-round water and food supply supports a remarkable diversity of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and majestic African elephants. This picturesque natural wonder is also renowned for its dense predator population, encompassing lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, often requiring a keen eye to spot. A visit to Lake Magadi, a large, shallow alkaline lake in the crater's southwestern corner, is also included. This lake is a prominent feature of the crater and typically hosts large flocks of flamingos, hippos, and various other waterbirds. In the late afternoon, return to Lilac campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

Following breakfast, the tour departs for Tarangire National Park, where a game drive and picnic lunch within the park await. Tarangire is celebrated for its impressive elephant population and iconic baobab trees. The park serves as the heart of an annual migration, attracting up to 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest, and 30,000 zebras. Afterward, the tour returns to Arusha.
