3-Day Uganda Queen Elizabeth Adventure Tour

Drive/Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

The driver/guide pick you up from your hotel/residence at 8:00 am in the morning. You will then be driven to Queen Elizabeth National Park in western Uganda (approx. 8-9hrs).

After about 5 hours of driving, you will stop in Fort Portal town for your lunch and then continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park Uganda’s second largest park located at the base of the majestic Rwenzori Mountain range, adjacent to Lake Edward and Lake George.

The park has prolific wildlife, including Gazelle, Uganda Kob, Warthog, and Waterbuck; Lions are often sighted both in and at the entrance to the park. Be prepared for huge numbers of Hippos and Elephants, and keep your eyes peeled for a leopard lazing in the sunshine.

Your lodge is located on the edge of the Park, overlooking Kazinga Channel.

Watch wildlife from your own private verandah and fall asleep to the roaring of lions on the distant savannah. This truly is Africa! Time permitting you will go for a short game drive into the park.

Game Drive In Queen Elizabeth National Park

Today day 2, You will wake up early and have your breakfast before heading out for your early morning game drive from 6:30 am is perfect for seeing many animals, as well as seeing the sunrise over the savannah with its light and warmth.

You will search for all the wildlife in the park; elephants, Buffalo, Lion, Waterbuck, Leopard, lions, Uganda kob, Warthog, etc.

After lunch, you will take a boat trip along the Kazinga Channel. Here, you will see many herds of hippos (more than you can possibly imagine!), as well as a variety of other animals which come to the waterhole to drink or bathe.

You can expect to see: Buffalo, crocodiles, bathing elephants, and a range of beautiful birds. This will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of your tour. After the boat safari, you game drive back to the lodge.

Drive Back To Kampala/Entebbe

After breakfast, you will drive back to Kampala or Entebbe (Airport). Of course, you will have a stop at the equator, the best place for your souvenir shopping.

Your driver/guide will bring you to your accommodation in Kampala or to Entebbe Airport (this is only possible if your flight leaves at midnight or later). In the event that you want us to include one (or more) nights in Kampala and/or Entebbe, please let us know.
