Kampala - Queen Elizabeth National Park

At 7:00 am, your driver-guide will meet you at your hotel. After a brief introduction, you'll begin your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. The distance is approximately 380 km, and the drive takes around five-to-six hours. Along the way, there will be stops for lunch, bathroom breaks, and a visit to the equator for photos and a demonstration of the Coriolis effect. Afterward, you'll continue your journey, arriving in time for an evening game drive to enjoy the golden hour of wildlife viewing. After the drive, you'll be taken to the lodge for check-in and your overnight stay.

Queen Elizabeth National Park

After an early morning breakfast, we'll head out for a game drive in our open-roofed safari vehicle, which is designed for optimal viewing. Game drives are one of the best ways to experience the park's diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes. These drives typically take place in the early morning or late afternoon when animals are most active. Expect to see various wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, zebras, warthogs, and a variety of antelope species. Our experienced guides will provide insights into animal behavior, ecology, and conservation.

At 11:00 am, we'll head to the boat cruise, offering close encounters with hippos lounging in the water, crocodiles sunbathing on the banks, and various bird species such as pelicans and egrets. The boat trip also provides excellent birdwatching opportunities, with numerous species inhabiting the wetlands. After the boat cruise, we'll return to the lodge for lunch, followed by some rest, dinner, and your overnight stay.

Queen Elizabeth National Park - Kampala

After breakfast in the morning, you'll check out of your room, settle any personal bills at the reception, and then head to the car for your drive back to Kampala with your guide. Along the way, we'll make a few stops for lunch, coffee to go, and bathroom breaks. Feel free to let your guide know whenever you'd like to stop for a bathroom break.
