Day 1

Nairobi National Park

Start the day by an early morning visit to the only famous park in the world that is located within the city- Nairobi national park. In this park you will come across most if not all the big five animals. You will enjoy an epic game drive until mid morning then head over to join the orphaned Rhinos & Elephants at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust from (11-12 Noon) located within the Nairobi National Park. Get to witness baby elephants being feed with milk from bottles, observe them playing at the muddy pools and also get to learn about their individual stories to how they were orphaned. Afterwards enjoy a delicious meal at the Carnivore restaurant.

In the afternoon visit Karen Blixen Museum, Once a center piece of a farm situated at the foot of the Ngong Hills, owned by the late Danish Author and creator Karen Blixen of the famous Novel and Movie “Out of Africa”. The museum provides insights into the life of Karen Blixen’s stay in Kenya and her experiences. Later head back to hotel.

Wake up to a delicious breakfast at the hotel then check out with your luggage but before the safari ends you get an opportunity to Visit the Giraffe Center a conservation and education center protecting vulnerable giraffe species in East Africa, The Rothschild giraffe. Get the opportunity to interact with giraffes, hand-feed the giraffes on a raised platform and also get to learn about the giraffes. Afterwards Explore the Nairobi National Museum displaying Kenya’s rich cultural and Natural heritage through various galleries such as; Story of Mammals, History of Kenya and insights of Early Man, Birds diversity. Adjacent is the Snake Park a reptile sanctuary featuring different species like Puff adder, Black Mamba, African rock Python, additionally there is an aquarium showcasing marine a fresh water fish from Kenya.

Then after lunch Visit the vibrant Maasai Market, where you can shop for souvenirs. After this you will be transferred to the airport/ hotel of choice within the city.
