After an early breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, your driver guide will pick you up around 08:00 hrs for a scenic 2.5-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Located in northern Tanzania, the park is renowned for its vast elephant herds, diverse wildlife, and iconic baobab trees. After breakfast, you’ll depart early in the morning with your packed lunch, heading toward the Serengeti National Park for an unforgettable afternoon of game viewing. You’ll spend two full days exploring the vast Serengeti plains.

Located in northern Tanzania, Serengeti is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, covering approximately 15,000 square kilometers. It is home to over 2 million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and around 500 species of birds. During the Dry season, the park is known for its vast herds of migratory wildebeest and zebras. Additionally, the Northern Serengeti is teeming with resident wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, and the elusive oribi antelope.

After breakfast, we'll set off on a thrilling game drive toward the northern Serengeti, where we will spend the next two days. Our journey will take us through the Bologonja area and along the Mara River, offering a prime opportunity to witness the remarkable wildebeest migration.

From July to September, the Mara River becomes a dramatic backdrop as thousands of wildebeest and zebras navigate powerful currents, facing the danger of giant Nile crocodiles, as they make their perilous crossing toward the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. It’s an awe-inspiring sight that showcases the incredible resilience and determination of these animals.
