Begin your day in the Serengeti by witnessing a breathtaking sunrise, a prime time to observe the park's wildlife as they become active with the first light. Afterward, enjoy a hearty breakfast at your accommodation.
You can discuss with your safari guide whether you'd prefer to carry a packed lunch for an extended game drive or return to the lodge for a hot midday meal. Opting for a packed lunch allows for uninterrupted exploration of the Serengeti's diverse habitats.
Today's safari offers an excellent opportunity to spot members of the Big Five: lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and rhino. Additionally, keep an eye out for hippos, crocodiles, hyenas, and a multitude of bird species that inhabit the park.
As the day concludes, you'll return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay, preparing for the next day's visit to the Ngorongoro Crater.
