Zanzibar to Tarangire National Park
Take a morning flight from Zanzibar, departing at 8:00am, to Arusha Airport. Upon your arrival in Arusha at 9:00am, you will be greeted by your driver-guide, who will take you to Tarangire National Park. Get ready to enjoy the wildlife!
You will have dinner and lunch provided, and drinking water will be supplied daily for each person.
Tarangire National Park covers nearly 3,000km² (1,160mi²) and is renowned for its large population of elephants and iconic baobab trees. The park's name comes from the Tarangire River, which flows through its landscape. The park is particularly spectacular during the Dry season (June to November), when the concentration of wildlife rivals that of the Serengeti. During this time, vast numbers of elephants and other animals are drawn to the river, their only water source. With its diverse habitats and the consistent water supply from the Tarangire River, the park is home to over 2,000 elephants and 500 species of birds.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided, along with daily drinking water for each person.
Often referred to as the 8th Natural Wonder of the World, the Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact volcanic caldera in the world. The Ngorongoro volcano erupted approximately 2 million years ago, causing its walls to collapse. The volcano's floor then sank, creating a natural enclosure with walls that rise 600m (2,00ft). Now measuring over 19km (11mi) wide, the Ngorongoro Crater is home to diverse habitats, including acacia forests, hippo-filled swamps and open grasslands. These environments host over 30,000 animals, including elephants, warthogs, flamingos, stunning birdlife, the rare black rhinoceros, and various predatory cats. Additionally, the Maasai people can often be seen grazing their cattle alongside buffalo and wildebeests.
