Day 1

Nairobi – Lake Naivasha

Morning:
Depart Nairobi early, driving along the Great Rift Valley escarpment, where you'll stop for panoramic views of the dramatic landscape.
Arrive at Lake Naivasha, a lake teeming with hippos and a paradise for birdwatchers.
Check in at your lodge, where you’ll wake up to views of the shimmering waters and the sounds of birds.

Afternoon:
Boat Safari on Lake Naivasha – Glide across the lake, where pods of hippos peek through the water, and African fish eagles swoop down to catch fish. Watch for kingfishers, cormorants, and pelicans that dot the waters.
Crescent Island Game Sanctuary – Walk among giraffes, zebras, impalas, waterbucks, and other grazing animals. With no predators here, this is one of the few places in Africa where you can truly walk among wildlife!

Evening:
Relax at your lodge, watching the golden sunset over the lake as hippos begin their night grazing.
Enjoy a delicious dinner, with the distant calls of hyenas and the soothing sounds of the wilderness.

Afternoon:
Soysambu Conservancy Game Drive – Venture into the untamed wilderness of Soysambu, home to buffaloes, giraffes, elands, zebras, warthogs, and even the secretive leopard. This is one of the most scenic game drives in Kenya, with acacia woodlands and open plains providing the perfect safari backdrop.
Stop for a picnic lunch in the wild, surrounded by nature’s unspoiled beauty.

Evening:
Return to your lodge and unwind by the lake as the sun sets, turning the sky into fiery hues of orange and pink.
Enjoy a bonfire under the stars, listening to the distant calls of night creatures in the wild.
