Day 1

Your journey begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi, setting out on a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy brief stops for breathtaking views and photography before proceeding towards Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s most famous wildlife sanctuary. Arrive at Mara Sentrim Lodge in time for lunch, followed by some relaxation before heading out for an afternoon game drive.

As the golden African sun sets, witness herds of elephants, prides of lions, and possibly even a leopard lurking in the tall grass. Return to Mara Sentrim for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart Masai Mara and journey towards Nakuru, with picturesque views of rural Kenya along the way. Arrive at The Midland Hotel in Nakuru in time for lunch and a short rest. In the afternoon, proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, famed for its large populations of flamingos, rhinos, and other wildlife. Explore the park’s rich ecosystem, taking in the sight of white and black rhinos grazing near the water’s edge, tree-climbing lions, and the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe.

As the sun begins to set, return to The Midland Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
