Serengeti National Park (L , D)

Begin your safari early in the morning. The drive to Serengeti takes approximately 6-7 hours, but you can opt for a short flight to save time.

Upon arrival, you will head directly into the park for your first game drive, where you will encounter wildlife such as lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and gazelles.

The vast, rolling plains of the Serengeti are home to a diverse range of wildlife, with stunning views and opportunities to see predators, especially lions and cheetahs, hunting.

Depending on your arrival time, you can go on another game drive in the afternoon to spot more animals, including possibly leopards or cheetahs.

Day 2

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

Start your day early with a sunrise game drive to see the animals at their most active. The cool early morning hours are great for spotting predators like lions or cheetahs, and you might also catch the famous Great Migration (if you are visiting between December and March).

Explore different parts of the park to spot leopards, elephants, buffalo, hyenas, and over 500 species of birds. If you are lucky, you may even witness a predator-prey interaction or the breathtaking sight of the annual migration.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush, where you will have the chance to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
In the afternoon, continue your safari, visiting areas like the Seronera River, known for its large populations of wildlife, including hippos and crocodiles.

In the late afternoon or early evening, you’ll begin your journey back to Arusha or another destination.
