After breakfast, check out of your lodge and begin your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. This drive will take approximately 5-6 hours, passing through the Great Rift Valley, which offers scenic views of the escarpment and its sprawling floor. Upon arrival at Lake Nakuru, a brief game drive will take you to your accommodation, where you will check in and have lunch. Afterward, head out for an afternoon game drive around Lake Nakuru, which is famous for its flamingo population (though it varies seasonally) and the rare Rothschild giraffe. You’ll also likely encounter lions, rhinos, and a wide range of bird species. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
