Tarangire National Park

In the morning, your personal safari guide will pick you up from your lodge in Arusha as we embark on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Traveling along well-paved roads through the rolling Maasai plains, you’ll witness the vibrant culture of the Maasai people—draped in colorful attire, herding cattle, riding bicycles, and guiding donkey carts.

Tarangire National Park, famed for its massive elephant herds, is home to a rich variety of wildlife. From the open roof of our safari Jeep, take in the breathtaking landscapes of seasonal swamps, golden savannahs, and the life-sustaining Tarangire River. Along the way, encounter an array of animals, including zebras, wildebeests, buffalos, giraffes, and, of course, the park’s majestic elephants.

After a rewarding day of exploration, we head to a beautifully appointed lodge, where you’ll enjoy a delightful dinner, unwind in a serene atmosphere, and settle in for a comfortable overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park

Wake up to a beautiful morning and enjoy a hearty breakfast before setting off for Lake Manyara National Park, a hidden gem located 120 km west of Arusha. Though small in size, this diverse park is dominated by its namesake—a vast, shallow salt lake that expands and recedes with the seasons, attracting thousands of flamingos and over 500 bird species.

As we explore, keep an eye out for playful monkeys, towering giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalos, and majestic elephants. With a bit of luck, you may even spot the park’s famous tree-climbing lions resting on the branches above.

After an exciting game drive and a scenic picnic lunch, we journey back to Arusha, arriving in the early evening. You will be dropped off at your hotel or Arusha Airport, marking the end of an unforgettable safari adventure.
