Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

You'll be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi or at the airport at 7:00 am and head southward to the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley. You'll proceed to Masai Mara arriving at Royal Zebra River Safari Lodge in time for lunch. You will relax after lunch getting ready for an afternoon game drive. All the Big Five; rhino, lion, leopard, buffalo, and elephant live in this wonderful game reserve. Other animals include zebras, hippos, wildebeests, hyenas, and more. The resident birds include the Maasai ostrich, geese, storks, vultures, and more. You'll spend the entire evening exploring this magnificent game reserve. After the game drive, you'll return to the lodge for your overnight stay on a full board basis.

Masai Mara National Reserve

You'll spend the entire day exploring the park in search of the Big Five. With over 450 species of birds recorded here, there is much to see including rhinos, leopards, elephants, buffalos, wildebeests, zebras, warthogs, Jackals, lions, many types of antelopes, crocodiles, and giraffes. During July, August, and September the reserve is usually filled with migrating wildebeest and zebras from the Serengeti (Tanzania). A picnic lunch is served in the park. In the evening, you'll return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay on a full board basis.

This will be a full day spent wildlife viewing and exploring the park in search of the Big Five. Early morning and late afternoon game drives are offered. You will enjoy a picnic lunch with the hippos and crocodiles at the Hippo Pool. You'll have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and overnight stay at your lodge on a full-board basis.

Masai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi

After breakfast at about 9:00 am, you will begin your 5-hour journey back to the city with wildlife viewing en-route in the reserve. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be transferred to your city hotel for a deserved rest or JKIA for your onward travels.
